Warranty by CASSA: 7-day warranty against manufacturing defects from date of receipt.
STEP 1: Email CASSA at email@example.com and provide the following details:
- Contact number
- Delivery address
- Proof of purchase receipt
- Picture(s) of the product conditions
STEP 2: Upon confirmation, a mailing address will be provided.
STEP 3: Faulty products must be delivered in its original packaging
(including accessories, manuals, and documentation) to casa.
Delivery costs to be covered by customer.
- casa will cover delivery costs of replacement or repaired product to customer.
- Warranty claims which do not fulfil the steps above will not be processed due to missing information.
Should stocks run out restocking will take at lease 21 working days.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for full refund to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
